Our latest version features a unique manufacturing process that involves wrapping the insulation material directly around the pipe and micro spot welding a metallic skin in position to secure and seal the insulation material in place. This insulation material acts as a thermal barrier and provides heat resistance, making it highly effective in reducing the surface temperature by up to 80%.

The Aerie Performance Premium Heat Insulation y-pips are designed to keep the temperatures in the pipes compartment at a lower level than standard y-pips thanks to the insulation material that significantly reduces the radiant heat.

Our premium heat insulation y-pips are superior to traditional ceramic coatings or exhaust wraps, as they have been rigorously tested and analyzed to ensure their effectiveness.
