🔹 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

💡 Before starting, reference the images provided to determine mounting positions and body modifications required. 

1️⃣ Preparation

✅ Remove any unnecessary body components to create clearance for the cage. ✅ Clean all paint from the chassis where mounting points will be welded. 

2️⃣ Main Roll Bar & Front Section Fitment

✅ Remove the factory box section & mounts from the chassis.
✅ Tack the mounts directly onto the chassis to establish a solid base.
✅ Position the Main Roll Bar (MRB), tacking it into place with adjustability for lean angle. 

3️⃣ Front A Bars & Door Bar Alignment

✅ Fit the LAB (Left A Bar) and LLD (Lower Left Doorbar) to determine landing points.
✅ Mark and tack front mounts into position before mirroring the setup on the driver's side.
✅ Install LAB/RAB (Left & Right A Bars) and door bars, ensuring proper alignment and clearance. 

4️⃣ Roof Bar & Diagonal Installation

✅ Fit the roof bar (RFB) and roof diagonal (RD1) to reinforce the upper structure. ✅ Tack all components into place before final welding. \n

5️⃣ Weld the Cage Framework

✅ Fully weld all accessible joints, securing the structure.
🚫 DO NOT weld around the mounts or feet at this stage!
✅ Remove the cage from the car by breaking free from the mounts.
✅ Use ratchet straps to slightly compress the cage, allowing better access to hidden joints.
✅ Fully weld the entire structure before reinstallation. 

6️⃣ Rear Backstays & X-Bracing Fitment

✅ Reposition the cage inside the vehicle, aligning it with mounting points.
✅ Install the X-bracing, harness bars, and centre gussets, reinforcing the structure.
✅ Ensure the rear backstays (RB & LB) land at 930mm centres for proper fitment. 

7️⃣ Final Welding & Assembly

✅ Weld the door bar gussets and A-pillar gussets for added rigidity.
✅ Clean all weld spatter for a professional-grade finish.
